Great location for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation. The reception staff was extremely helpful. There are limited parking spaces available, but other options nearby. The bathroom facilities were clean and provided two large towels. A convenience store is just a few minutes away, although it only accepts card payments. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were firm. The compact-sized room had a good working space. Check-out was quick and easy. The heating system kept the room warm during chilly nights. The place was clean and provided luggage storage. The desk area was well-maintained. The bed was softer compared to other hotels, which could be a plus depending on personal preference.

The room at APA Hotel Shimbashi Onarimon was amazing! It had plant-based creamy foaming soap for both face and hands, which was a nice touch. I loved how you could easily switch on and off the lights by inserting your room card key into the socket. The amenities like free WiFi and free newspapers were also a big plus.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower with a volume regulating faucet in the room. It just didn't have the water pressure I prefer.

Felt like treated like royalty, nothing to complain about.

The room was very clean and well-maintained, with ample amenities and entertainment options. the hotel's location was key, with easy access to public transportation and numerous food options in the surrounding area. Best of all, the room was well-equipped with hot drinks and a private compact bathroom.
The hotel's small room size may be uncomfortable for some guests, and the bed was not as comfortable as expected. communication with staff may be an issue for those with limited Japanese language skills.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I really appreciated the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi that were included in the price. the location was spot-on, with just a short walk to the nearest train station and convenience store, making it easy to explore the area. the staff was friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants.
The shower system was not effective and the bathroom was prone to getting wet due to the faulty shower curtain. the room layout made it seem small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

The hotel is conveniently located close to various subway stations on different lines and is also easily accessible to the main metro station. It also has good proximity to train stations and is situated in a relatively quiet area. the rooms are small but kept very clean with comfortable bedding and functioning AC. Housekeeping maintains the room every day and staff members are accommodating, communicating well in English. A good value for money with free Wifi.
The sink area could use some extra attention with cleaning.
